You should have an option where you could specify what note you start at or allow the user to scroll through the keys. There are instances where I want to start at F instead of C.

It can't play 2 notes simultaneously!!! One note will play while the other note is barely audible. It's a software programming issue that's not hard to fix. Until it is, don't buy it.

This app uses a double deck to create more than one octave which makes thumbing out quick melodies unnecessarily harder. Waste of money.

I tried half a dozen piano apps and like this one best. I use it mostly to get my daughter a little extra practice time on drive to school in morning. Would like to have more viewing options though. 14 keys is too few, two octaves forces the two deck view and four octaves is very small. Would like a single deck with more keys.

This piano app is great, the main improvements that it needs are the ability to scroll by single keys not just octaves, and also the ability to edit recordings by erasing the last recorded key or track. With those two improvements it would be the best piano app in the store. It's still good though.

It's so hard to move around. It would be nice if there was like a gliding bar at the bottom of the screen. (Kinda like Xylophone Pro.) A better app icon would be nice. 1) A better way of moving around. (Like in Xylophone Pro.) 2) A better cleaner app icon with the well known "gloss". Thanks!

I just got this app after being disappointed by several other similar apps. I don't know why other people give it negative reviews. It works great for me on my 3GS! The sound is clear and realistic. The interface is friendly and visually appealing. The piano even functions well at the 4 octave setting with the small keys. It does what it's supposed to do. You could spend more and get less!

Nothing special about the pro over the lite! If u play chords u can't play more than 2 at a time so the up to 5 notes at a time is a bogus claim! Disappointed. waste of money to upgrade!

This is truly one of the best piano apps, it's simple, powerful, and reliable. Although the 4 octave mode is a bit hard to use, i'm acctually suprised at how well it was programmed to respond. It is indeed worth the nice price, and my favorite app. The only suggestion i have is that there should be a music writer mode, or that as a seperate app from the same maker. Awesome app in general!

I love the free version, too. This one has a lot of optinos. I love this version's ability to have more than one octave on the screen. I use it to help compose melodies that I am jotting down on paper. It also helps as a pitch pipe to get the key in my ear. With the earphone in one ear I can tune up my violin by comparing notes in my ear. I am sure the muffled notes will be fixed in an update.

It's really great and I love it, but even with the multiple octaves it's still hard to play songs that are more than the octaves you have chosen....would a zoom feature be possible?

In the free version, you could scroll down 1 key at a time. In the paid version, you can only scroll down 1 octave at a time. Did someone forget to do this on the upgraded version? Kinda silly mistake.

I liked free version better. I have really enjoyed free version and bought pro version expecting only one improvement, which was "adjustable keyboard size" in the feature list above. It, however, turned out that I was misled by the expression to believe I can set my own keyboard size as long as it is less than 4 octaves; for example I wanted to set the keyboard from A2 to E4, which is a little bit bigger than one octave but small enough to be shown in one line. The actual implementation was very disappointing; it only allowed me to choose among three choices - one octave in a line or two and four octaves in two lines. Therefore I request one more feature to the developer. How about allowing keyboard to shrink as long as it is strictly less than two (or 1.5) octaves? It should be very easy since keys already get smaller when it becomes two/four-octave modes anyway. If next update implements this, I would give 5 stars. :)
