Description

Stranded Without A Phone is a desert island survival game set in the Space HoRSE universe.
Four passengers on a space ship were on a mission to colonize a new planet when the ship crash landed on a planet that is almost completely covered by ocean. You are the only survivor - an upper-management executive from the Decoo corporation, the company that sponsored the original mission.
Now you must use your survival skills to stay alive long enough to get rescued. Build shelter, find food and drink, and collect salvageable parts from the wreckage that wash ashore. Use the parts to build a space radio and call for a rescue team to win the game.
Search for natural resources, then use them to create other items using various combinations.

My apologies go out to earlier buyers of the game that ran into a bug in the 1.32 update that would crash if running iOS 3.1.3. Apparently Apple doesnt actually test on all versions of their OS like youd expect during the 2 week approval process. Note to self: Get an old iPhone device for future testing.

Great idea for a game. However, after playing for a while and after making all the nessassary tools to survive, its just mindlessly walking in circles around the island waiting for something to pick up. Please stop making it possible to recieve doubles. I keep finding bubble gum. Its useless and a waste. I have 5 decapacitators. Thats aggravating. Im on day 43. Lets move the game along. Also the food and water needs are too much. I eat 2 boar and 10 coconuts, and fill up on water, and 5 minutes later i lack nutrition and hydration? My guy should weigh 500 pounds. Get rid of useless combos like a lean-to unless the guy can use it to sleep. Make more useful combos or give us something to do. How about planting things? Like extracting seeds from a lemon to grow more bushes? Anything. The game would be 5 stars if it kept the player busy. But im finding it hard to keep walking in circles looking for a sparkle that will give me a 4th screwdriver, or another pack of gum.

Great game, but I wish they would add more animals, more things to build and find. I wish they would allow you to customize the charactor too.

Love this game -- it's such a great idea! You're stranded on an island and have to look for and build things to survive. I just wish, like many other reviewers have commented, that there were more to do, plant, create, hunt, and find. Larger shelters, something you can build for stockpiling stuff and it doesn't disappear, more plants (that you can plant elsewhere on the island), more animals to hunt, etc. Also, more things to increase your health would be nice (currently there are just bandages to find and the herbs to eat). Or, maybe sleeping for two days straight would increase your health. Awesome idea and SO MUCH potential! I am hoping for an update real soon.... :)

Good game highly addictive once in a while until you beat it or it just gets old. I have had it for a while and I start to play it every now and then. I would like to see more animals, items, and wild fruits and vegtables to eat and plant. :)

You have to buy it!!! Best app game. I can't seem to find that screwdriver... I've looked everywhere on that island. I really like hunting the boars. I've killed like 10 already. You should make more animals to hunt.

There is no way to use the found items to make the radio transmitter or the space phone. These items do not show up in the make menu even when bits and pieces are available. Has anyone actually completed the game since the last update? On day 32 I will have everything I need to make the space phone, except for the wire cutters, or the screwdriver, then I walk around for another 20 days until I just give up. I agree that the nutrition needs are too extreme - four boars and 20 gallons of water later, and I am still dehydrated and lack in nutrition. I have found that the flowers will individually heal some wounds - without making them into an herbal potion - as sometimes I end up with 25 Datura Writii and nothing else - I fed the individual flowers to my character out of desperation - and the injuries get healed. Again - I have not been able to complete the space phone since the last update, and have started over, after 45 - 50 "spaceman days" several times.

Was very excited about the update until I found out I could not resume where I left off. I had one more item to find (wore cutter) and I could have won the game. Not sure if I feel like starting over. Hope your working on a fix so we can continue where we left off before the new update.

Really really good game. Took me three tries before I got a steady rate of surviving, and then I just went around the island until I had all the items. The only bad part is you need food and water like every few minutes, but you can just use the lemon trees. They should also update and add cutscenes and a way to get back to the menu, or even add game modes. But overall it's a sweet game I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good rpg game.

I got it and played for a while. But then a boar attacked me and I couldn't get my Heath up. Make seeds for everything, once you use all the lemon trees you don't get more. Also the boar traps never catch anything. Some haven't caught a single thing in a 80 day game. WTF moment- when I just start it's like jelly fish and boars are out to get me, but later I never get attacked!

I've been on the island for 76 days...do you have to make a screwdriver because I'm getting a little bored with walking around in circles searching for nothing! I believe there should be more things to build within the game. If I were really stranded on this island, I would have made a raft out of all the leather I have from killing boars and floated off by now! Again, after about 50 days the game just gets boring. Please add some more items and items to build. Also, this guy eats like he should be 7 feet tall and weigh about 450 pounds...come on!
