Structk allows you to try your hand at building. If what you build is not solid, it will collapse. Materials are also limited in quantity. The core of the game is good, but it could use a good tutorial rather than just text instructions, and also better sound & visual effects for the earthquakes & hurricanes.

Playing this game for a while now, pretty challenging to build a great solid structure that can hold from earthquake and hurricane simulation. You need to read the Help topic first before enjoying this game. 2 game mode - Arcade and Free mode. Arcade mode is cool where you need to build a solid structure(Bridge, Warehouse, Crane and more) based on the requirements. You can simulate your finished architecture with earthquake and wind watching if it can stand or fall into pieces from the simulation. You can download more levels on the internet if the 30 challenging levels doesn't satisfied you. Free mode where you wild imagination of building structure in test. Build freely without limitation and have fun with the earthquake and hurricane simulation. Great fun challenging game. Nice, clean graphics and visual.

I'm not a architect so this was a waste of money for me. Doesn't ease you into it, just throws you in. No tutorial to teach you how it works. I can't get past the first level, I just don't know where to start. The help is minimal so don't get excited about that. When placing a piece be prepared to delete it since it's very difficult to be precise and chances are you will misplace it. The warnings you get when doing something wrong are very tiny on the iPhone and move. My eyes aren't that bad, but I don't have a chance of reading them. They may as well not exist. The lesson for me is don't buy any app if there is no free version. I should have given the dollar to charity.

I'm not sure what the dude who mentioned architects is talking about. Really all the game is is simple physics. Which is involved in EVERYTHING. I mean the idea is what do you need to do to support what im going to put on top of this structure.Think about how if you are stacking legos or something. too many on one side and it collapses. or stacking up cans of food. The game is very fun and challenging. If games were very easy you would be done in a few minutes and delete it. And the free mode is great because it can help you experiment with tricks and techniques to help you in the arcade mode. I think the game is worth the $1 and is good all around!

This is a really great concept for a game. It works well on the small touchscreen devices. Although, I do have to agree with some of the criticism in the previous reviews. The game has a sizable learning curve, but once you get it, it's really rewarding. The tutorial is lacking. The menu buttons are small and hard to hit. However, it looks great in action. The physics are realistic and spot on. If you're willing to put in some time to understand how it works, it really becomes a great game. If the developer added to the tutorial and made it easier to understand, I think you'd see the ratings go way up.

Needs undo!The editor is a little hard to use. Nearly half the time I miss the starting point when trying to create a beam, so I have to delete the beam and try again. An undo feature would make that easier.
