I previously gave it one star because it has tiny button hard to click right. The 2.0 update solved that problem. Now I think it does everything I wanted for. The only thing I want from the programmer is to be able to set up due time/complete status for an activity. In real life, everything has deadline(except sleep). So the programmer should have this concept thus make category/activity expirable. I would think simple task is one activity. Complex task can be divided into several activities but assign to a group category. If programmer can view this app in this way, he may create a great time tracker for projects. So I gave it 4-star from previous 1-star to encourage the programmer to improve this app even more. Thanks!

I love this program. It's got a nice interface & flexibility. You can create your own categories & activities. You can view a single category or your whole day or week as a graph. Great visual aid to see where your time is spent. But the latest update allowing the ability to add comments to each entry needs tweeking. While a good idea, I don't appreciate the comment window opening each time I attempt to manually enter the time. The developer needs to reduce the size of the field. Currently the entire background triggers the comment window. So if you miss the teeny, tiny '15 minute' buttons by even a hair, the annoying comment window opens! Good job otherwise!

This is a very useful program. However, I've noticed that when I turn on the timer for a given task, it does not continue to run when my iphone automatically goes to sleep. In other words, the timer stops when my iPhone goes to sleep. This happens about half of the time which is very annoying.

GoodI bought this app 2/14, just to see how I spent my day. I saw that it has a 30 min. period which I thought wasnt a good thing, then you updated it (good job) to 15 min. period. I agree that you should be able to add your own categories, and correctly spell "literature". Even better with update. Thanks :)

ExcellentWith the addition, in this version, of the end user being able to enter his own categories, this has become exactly the application I have been looking for. Now, how I can compare all of the various categories that are important to me on the same graph. In addition, I can now run on timer on each category without having to remember the start and stop times. The only addition I would ask for in a future version is the ability to enter exact times in a more efficient manner on those occasions when I was not able to run a timer or forgot to do so.Excellent work! Maybe a keypad??

Love this appI love this app It is very easy to use, very flexible, and does a great job of letting me track my day. Just a few things I would like to see. 1. The data chart by day not just week and longer. 2. Bigger time buttons - like the other reviewer I keep getting the note field if I dont hit the button right, which is annoying if youre putting in a lot of 15 minute segments.

DisappointedI currently use an app called Jobs by Bjango which is no longer available or supported. I was looking for a replacement application and tried this one out.Pros: I liked the graphs and was the addition I was looking for in the Jobs app I am using. Cons: There is no way to put in single line items with notes (e.g. Start Date Time - End Date Time - Notes). All items appear to be lumped together. No detailed time records. No ability to get the detail exported for archive (Jobs provides a email of a csv file, would have preferred a better way of dealing with this).If the features were added it would be the perfect tool for my needs but at this point it was a waste of $4.00 since it does not provide enough functions for my needs.

Timer doesnt workOverall the app is not that bad - it is intuitive and has some good features. However, the reason I bought the app is to track time - and it does this quite poorly. The suggestions to close the app and turn off the phone are ridiculous. I use the app to track time worked on projects throughout my work day - I need the phone on and the app working.I have an overall time tracker that I start the minute I get in the office and I run concurrent trackers by project. In theory, the sum of the projects should match the workday tracker but they do not. Instead of letting the app track my time, I have to track the app and make manual adjustments so its right when I enter my timecard. It would be a good app if it actually worked.

Workaround. App has really helped me with time management.The program would get 5 stars if the clock worked perfectly, but a workaround is to hit the home button to close the app, them manually turn off the iPod touch (I assume it would work the same on an iPhone). Having used the app for over a month now, the App has really helped me out. I even use it to track my sleep habits. I now have a better understanding of how I spend my time and have made steps to improve my personal time management. Thanks for a great app.
