Chopper 2 is the sequel to the best selling App Store helicopter side scroller, Chopper.
Chopper 2 features 36 action packed missions over 12 unique and beautiful locations. It features a completely re-written 3D game engine, all new enemies, weapons, graphics, and missions, while still retaining the classic side scrolling game-play.
Escort a convoy of vehicles across the desert, or defend a train from enemies emerging from underground mines. Use your laser sight to line up enemies emerging from stairwells in the city. Chase down lines of enemy tanks and choppers while avoiding heat seeking missiles, gunfire and bird strike. Help your allies defend against advancing armies, and rescue stranded civilians, all while trying to complete your mission as fast as possible for the highest score.
Chopper 2 features OpenFeint and Game Center leaderboards and achievements. It is universal for iPad and iPhone/iPod touch, with HD graphics on both the iPad and iPhone 4. It uses the gyroscope where it can for increased control, OpenAL for spatial sound effects and even features an original 17 minute long soundtrack.
If you have both an iPad or Retina display device (iPhone 4 or 4th generation iPod touch) and any other iPhone or iPod touch, you can use the fantastic remote control feature to wirelessly control the iPad/Retina display device with an iPhone/iPod touch over bluetooth or wifi. Then plug the iPad/Retina display device into a TV or display through the component cable or VGA adapter and play Chopper 2 on your TV from your couch!
Chopper 2 is also one of the few games to support full 1080p output to an HD TV over HDMI from the iPad 2, and supports AirPlay mirroring with iOS 5 and an iPad 2 or iPhone 4S.
Note: TV output is only supported from an iPad, iPhone 4, or 4th generation iPod Touch or better.
This version of Chopper 2 can also be used to control the Mac version, available on the Mac App Store.

	This game rocks! You can shoot the birds! You can fly your heli on your iPad from your iPhone! Graphics are on par with the iPad not the best but nice, very nice. Music is a bit blah but then again it's an Indy game and the best indie game I have played yet! Sound effects are perfect very fluid and feel like they belong in the game. My advice buy it before the price goes up but if it does buy it anyway cause Dave did an amazing job on this one!!!

	The title pretty much sums up my opinion. I do have a few quibbles, like the focus on combat, less civilian rescue than the first title, acc/deceleration issues... But they are just that... quibbles. This is as fantastic sequel as you can get, really. Spruced up graphics, an actual soundtrack, better play mechanics, leader boards... If you loved Chopper, jump on this now before the price goes up. Hell, I thought the game was gonna debut at $7.99 like the previous game; it's well worth that asking price. You're getting brilliance for cheap, people. What are you waiting for?

	To me, $3.00 is a good price for a good game. This one is indeed very good, and well beyond the first game. Graphics are nicely done, and controls good, but I need a little time to adjust to the new controls. Would be nice if we could play our music while in-game, but maybe I missed how to do that. Recommended if you like this type of fun.

	Better than the first Chopper in every way. Worth way more than $2.99. Great graphics, varied missions, scenery and terrain. More weapons and a terrific slide to control machine gun addition. Incredible that a one man shop can bring a game of this caliber to market with the likes of EA and other big game studios in the App Store. Congratulations Dave, keep up the good work.

	I love this game when playing without the remote however when I use my iPhone 4 with my iPad it is almost too sluggish to play. There is a good 1/2 second delay between my tap on the phone and firing occurring on the iPad. This extends to all actions. I would love this if the performance could be tweaked in that regard and then it's a definite 5 star but right now unplayable in the way I WANT to play it.
