Wish it had a signature padThis app works great for my HVAC business. It is easy to setup and get ready to start using it. It is easy to sync with your office computer. I wish you could see a report on estimates. The thing it needs most is to utilize the touch screen allowing to have customers sign the invoice from the iPad, instead of printing the invoice and having them sign a paper copy. This would reduce the amount of equipment in the front of my vans. If it had this feature I would of given it five stars. I already have shown this app to other tradesmen and they will be getting it soon. Please please make signature option for invoice2go. Thanks Corey

Getting better release the mac version alreadyI also use this for hvac and would love to see the signature box. I have used the iPhone version for months. This product could really dominate the market if it added a few need changes . It could easily become the small business standard in the service industry. Mac native support is slow in coming and using parreles is awkward . The lack of showing the customer phone number is my main disappointment but for the price it is unchallenged.

Here are a couple things I think would make it better.Terms – can we have a ‘Due upon receipt’ option?Bill to – City, State and zip should be on one line.Bill to – option to put Attn a contact name or department in the bill to area.Payment – option to show a credit card payment method (cc type, name, credit card number, security number, expiration date and signature)Reoccurring Billing - Some of my customers have reoccurring bills that get billed either monthly, quarterly or yearly. It would be nice to have a reminder that they need to be billed again and either automatically generate a new invoice or be able to select the invoices that need to be billed again and generate a new invoice.Maybe the ability to create an invoice based on another invoice. We could create a duplicate and edit the fields (ie: date, customer name or line item) then save as a new invoice with a new invoice number.It would also be nice to be able to print a letter size envelope to go with the invoice.Thanks!

Rocks but needs signature pad.Works great for my hvac business. Would give it 5 stars if it had signature pad that I can sign on my iPad.also if it could keep track of my innovatory stock.asides that tho it works great and have no problems printing over wifi to printer in my vans. Thanks

Best product everI thank you for finally porting this product to the iPad. I have been using it on the iPhone for a while and was waiting patiently for it to get to this platform. It uses all the features the iPhone app offers but now optimized for the iPad screen. I could not ask for a better put together product as it meets my every need on the road. This is what I bought the iPad for and now can share with all my sales staff.

Great for BusinessAlthough there are many more ways to send invoices, this one is great for simplicity and speed. It took me about ten hours to setup (very custom template). Had to use my wifes PC as there is no Mac version, but it got the job done. Im a web developer and need to send out invoices very often and estimates. I had to do a lot of programming on the estimate as its crucial, but its works great now but besides the designing, the functionality and the stats thats this app keeps for my business is what makes it great. I used to have to m monitor my websites backend and my bank account, but this app keeps records that alway for me to easily see which projects are active, what the balances are and who owes me and how much. great for business and my customers dont even notice a difference in the invoices.Nonetheless, it could still use a better integration for sending custom email subjects and it should allow custom files from my clients. For example it doesnt allow me to show the clients website or phone number even though I have them in my address book. Those were the only things I couldnt get transferred over from my original estimate and invoice forms.

I use this app all day!I am a sales consultant at a furniture store and use this app to keep track of my sales and returning customers. Love that I can customize the invoice and email estimates. The features I would like to see on the next upgrade is the ability to customize the reports section. I would like to see what I sell on a weekly and daily basis. Thanks!
