great appThis is probably the most fun app on my ipod but it is too short. I beat the game on all 3 difficulties in 2 hours. Also, when you play as the terminator, the people call you John Connor and you have to kill other terminators which doesnt make any sense. Another idea is it would be fun if you could play as a harvester and the other terminators, not just the T-600. Other than that, it is a really fun game.

Intuitive Gameplay and Good Graphics, but Lacking Replay Value and Good StorylineOverall, Id have to say that this game was not worth the $9.99 that it was originally at, and, after completing it, I wouldnt pay for more than 2 dollars on it. The controls work smoothly and fit in with the game. The graphics are excellent for the iphone. Even though the game plays through smoothly, I cant think of a real reason to play through the game again. The levels had a good length, but seemed to be lacking in the experience you get while playing; it was more of "get from here to here", with the enemies just being slight annoyances along the way; not much challenge to beating them (just point and shoot), and no real strategy involved (except for the final boss, which takes about a minute to beat once you figure out what to do). FInally, the storyline was severely lacking. We all know that John Connor is going to destroy Skynet, and some machines along the way. A game of this price should have some cutscenes that have the characters speaking and explaining what is going on, rather than simply showing where the next set of enemies is and telling the obvious task that needs to be accomplished next. For example (SPOILER, I guess), at the end, you beat the final robot and all of a sudden all the robots and the base blow up, and all it says is basically "John connor defeated the mahine, which caused Skynet and all the robots to explode; John Connor escaped just in time -->How exactly does defeating a single Terminator cause skynet, present on every computer in the world, to be defeated? And at the very least, they should show John Connor escaping the building, as it would seem impossible to escape from the building when the machines seemed to self-destruct instantaneously with the defeat of the final boss.

You can beat it in a handful of hours but its definitely worth the money. Only complaint is that you cant change your gun while running, you have to stop. Other than that, theres a lot of different aspects to the gameplay and I recommend this game to any "gamer" looking for real games on the iPhone and not another puzzle game. Awesome 3rd person shooter, WORTH THE MONEY!

Finally, something beyond casual gaming on the iPhone!This is how an iPhone game should be: action-packed and fun. Its like a portable version of Gears of War, the controls take some getting used to, but within 1-2 minutes - youre deeply involved in the game. The 3D graphics are the best Ive seen on the iPhone. The iPhone is no home console, but it can pull off PS2/PSP level graphics. I hope other developers take note of this game, this isnt just the start of war against SkyNET - its the start of great iPhone gaming!

Awesomely fun but already doneI definetly recommend this game cause it is really really fun. But 1 there is one problem its too short. If you have 10 bucks and you dont mind a short game then definetly buy this.

Terminator salvationthis was one of the best apps i had untill the last level, ive had to restart that level 7 times because of glithches like falling through the floor, doors open but wont let me through, and doors that wont open. These have all happended to me over and over, everything else about this game is great, but this problem ruins the whole game.
