Payback is actually quite a bit of fun to play, but there are some problems that have led me to delete this game after spending my five bucks and a few hours playing it.First and foremost, the game is 222 megabytes in size! Of its nearly quarter-gigabyte footprint, more than 200gb is just the music and sounds (all of which I have turned off, by the way). What a waste of space, and with no way to delete just the sounds, it's all or nothing. I'd rather use the space for my own music.Second, the dialog is childish, stupid, and (sometimes) homophobic. I wish they'd chuck the chatter and get on with the game. (Suggestion to developers: hire an adult to rewrite the dialog or perhaps just spellcheck it for you!)Next, while the first few levels provide varied missions, the developers must've gotten bored, as the later levels offer little of interest. And apparently there are some locked maps that you can only get to if you get a gold rating (complete all missions under par) on all levels. I paid for this game - why can't I just play all the levels without having to jump through all these hoops??I was hoping these problems would be fixed in the last update (of which there's only been one since I purchased it months ago), but no such luck.

This is a good game with good graphics. Seems the developers decided to bag the storyline after a couple of levels so it gets repetitive. Seems people who payed for the game don't want to have to go back and replay levels just to unlock the whole game. I'm one of them. Also there should be a map so we know if we've accessed all of the indoors areas. As far as I can tell there's only two in the whole Game.

ok to start out this app is very innovative for an ipod touch app. some concerns i had with it are that there should be a first person mode and a way of knowing who a cop is ovberall it has a lot of maps and is pretty fun!
