Instructions: 
Stare calmly, breathe regularly, think nothing, and forget everything. Make this the center of your perception. Try to increase the time each day. When done, we give you a haiku, a koan, or just a simple quote to leave your mind open
and aware. 
Weve found that even 1 minute has a benefit on your current task. 10-20 minutes will give you a boost that can last all day. And a 30 minute interval is equivalent to an actual session of formal meditation.
To keep it fresh, adjust the dot size, the dot color, or the background color. But by simply maintaining this practice you should begin to desire a longer duration as the benefits increase with duration and frequency.
