Orphion is a musical instrument with a unique sound between string instrument and percussion. Everyone can play expressive, wonderful sounds and easy or virtuosic melodies on it just by moving fingers on virtual pads.

	Sometimes The BEST ideas are the simplestIt takes a little getting used to, but Orphion is a very expressive gestural iPad instrument. It really points to where this next generation of alternative music apps is heading. Hopefully this talented developer will continue to expand the combination sound palette of this subtlety morphing percussive confection; remarkably well suited for sound design & soundtrack work in its initial release

	Good for a 1.0. Love the expressiveness!The tactile response is very impressive, as is the pitch mod. Things Id like to see in a future version:- The ability to make your own pad layouts and save them- Audio copy/paste, email, dropbox- Some sort of ability to modify instrument parameters; ideally, a patch/sample library as well- Virtual MIDI/MIDI clock out (to control synths, etc.)

	Wonderful! But could be so much better!Ok, this is a joy to play. You can certainly create some wonderfully expressive musical passages. However, it could be so much better.Heres my wish list for an update:1) Provide a way to create custom layouts with my choice of notes for each circle. For instance i could create a layout for different scales, for instance a Dorian scale or something a bit more exotic like say a Hijazkiar scale. Or i could even create my own custom scale.2) Either provide more sounds or ways to shape the sounds perhaps with a different sound per circle. Better yet, Allow me to play sounds from other apps, for instance Animoog or Grain Science through Virtual MIDI.These improvements would make this an even more delightful way to play music with awesome flexibility. Id absolutely come back and bump it to 5 stars. Regardless, thanks for a great musical app.

	Very nice. Lots of potential.Like some other users have said, this is a nice 1.0 release. For me personally I would like to see adjustable scales, more subtle colors when circles are played and MIDI (internal and external) with polyphonic aftertouch per note. Good work - the expressiveness as a proof-of-concept of what is possible is great!

	Wonderful potential!Theres a lot I love about this app, and I hope it will become a big way that I come to play music intuitively!As it stands, it would benefit from expanding some of the features. Here are my suggestions:1. Allow the scales which can be played to be customizable, not just by moving up and down via half steps but being able to go from major to minor, etc.2. Have more physical layouts, or even a way for us to custom design our own layouts.3. Have a bigger selection of tones above the one that is currently available.4.The ability to record and export what we play would be nice, too.In all, it is very good as it stands, and I encourage anyone who is interested to check it out. Ill upgrade to five stars once some additions are made!
