Don't hesitate - get this app!! First, I tried HP's free print app thinking it would work okay from reviews I've read since I have a wireless HP Officejet. It didn't work. It printed about 1/2 a page, then would just stop. Disgusted and disappointed, I deleted the app. THIS APP however in v.3.4 works PERFECTLY!! EASY set up and execution. I did a screen print of an email to test it, went to albums, found my screen print, hit print and I could hear my printer in the other room printing away! When I walked back to see if it printed the entire message, it had! Perfectly formatted. I couldn't be happier to be able to print from my iPad!!! It's a steal at only $2.99!!

I have found ePrint to be a superb printing app on the iPad. It finds and prints very well on any printer on the network (I use an Epson recent model). Sure you can print screen shots, photos and anything on the clipboard, but more importantly you can use a cloud account - I use iDisk - to access all your documents for printing. In the latest update, you can open mail attachments in ePrint and print directly to any printer on the network. To me that's unbeatable; top notch printing without the silly, purpose defeating process of having to be tied to server software on a computer.

Print quality when printing PDFs directly to a WiFi printer is just as good as if you'd printed from your Mac or PC. However, the app imposes its own half inch border around each page, shrinking everything a little to fit. (e.g., your 12pt text will not actually be 12pt and your 1in margins will turn into 1.5in margins.) Still, this is the only app I've found so far that prints PDFs directly to a WiFi printer at a quality level that you wouldn't be ashamed to show someone. The way it prints Pages and Word documents is odd. The width of each document page is narrower than the width of the physical page. The page breaks in the document do not line up with the physical pages. The print preview is accurate so at least when this happens, you know not to print anything out. If you need to print out documents, it may be best to stick to PDFs (and if possible, adjust your margins and font sizes to compensate for the extra half inch border and the page shrinking). I haven't tried printing anything else out since all I really need is to print out PDFs. One caveat: if you use the "Open in..." feature to send a document to ePrint, the actual printing works fine, but ePrint keeps the document around with no way for the user to get access to it. e.g., you can't delete it. Any documents you send to ePrint to print will just sit within ePrint wasting storage space. I've sent the developers email about this and about the extra half inch margin. They said they'll add deleting these files in the next version.

Look up Only print app I found that will print to my network printer! I love the photo printing but it would be better if I could print them to my PC USB inkjet photo printer. Would be 5 if it had support for "we print" software on PC. Also then you could charge more! Keep up the good work!

This is a great way to print email and web pages. It's a little slow, but what do you expect from an iPod? A very cheap alternative to the $6 and $7 apps to print email. It is easy to use, and worked flawlessly the first time I tried it. It even displays ink levels! Great app!

Finds, but will not work with this printer. Identifies and lists it correctly, but attempts to print result in spinner running incessantly AND cancel does not respond to stop attempts to transmit. Printer actually says it is receiving data, but nothing happens.

This is the best printing App I have found. Excellent photo printing. On my Epson Artisan 800 it even supports duplex printing (both sides of the page) on multi-page notes, contacts, etc.. My wife who has trouble printing a photo from iPhoto with the computer prints excellent Photos from her iPhone from anywhere in the house. Try the free version first to make sure it supports your printer - if it does - This is a must 4 U.

So far, it works well, but I am unable to access a password protected site due to an 'untrusted' certificate. In other browsers, I am able to accept the certificate anyway. It would be nice to have the option of accepting certificates...would definitely add more functionality. Other than that, my experience has been positive. Finding my wifi printer was seamless!

I rarely write app reviews, but in this case I just cannot help myself! ePrint is an incredible app and you shouldn't hesitate to get it if you know about how network printing works. Setup is easy and I managed to get the following to work with little difficulty: : a network connected HP LaserJet 5550N : a LaserJet 4700 : a Xerox Workcentre 7232 multifunction : a Ricoh/Aficio 3260c connected via Fiery E-7000 server (!) : a little inkjet connected via Airport Express to a friend's network Sorry I cannot remember the exact type of the Airport/USB printer. The hardest to get going was the Aficio 3260 via Fiery server: I just used the web-based Fiery admin tools to allow Port 9100 and sent the jobs to the Print queue. It worked fine once I figured out that plain LPD wouldn't work with this one for some reason. ePrint made some great calendars using my own photos and the quality is as you would expect from a laptop or desktop. All that without having to have some crazy virtual server software gumming up your Mac or PC - direct from iPad to printer!! Printing from WebDAV server works great too. iDisk popped right up and you can set it to connect to any standard WebDAV server. Any docs you pull down will sit in a folder structure you can work with inside the app itself. Thus, any docs you keep in ePrint will stay there in case you want to print again. If not, just delete them. I also find it useful to print emails: I Select and Copy the text from the email and then jump into ePrint. There's a handy "print from clipboard" button in the dashboard which does exactly what you'd expect. I love this app! ePrint works wonders when combined with Goodreader on iPad along with Dropbox, for example. I get my docs or pix from my Dropbox or wherever into Goodreader and then send them directly to this ePrint app which then allows me to print from there. It works so well, I just wish Apple had spent the time to make this built-in to the iPad OS so people wouldn't be complaining about "iPad can't do native printing" and all that tripe. There are some minor language tweaks that could be made in the UI, but considering that this app comes from Japan, it's only to be expected, and it in no way diminishes the utility of this app! So press that little green button to purchase and you won't regret it. Thanks to the developer for keeping the price so reasonable, and I wish there were some way I could lend the dev a hand with language to help make this app even better. When you go to the full screen mode , you can then resize the picture or what ever you are printing with the zoom pinch in and out to what size you want that thing to be printed out

This app is woefully lacking, both in function and in user friendliness. I successfully printed one page (i have an HP6100 series) right after installation (but after 'monkeying' with the settings quite a bit) and after that I got a completely black page. Nothing seems to work, including following directions on the support page. Yuck!
