At first, I was a little skeptical but I'm glad I purchased this game. It's a great tower defense game with an actual story mode that's pretty funny. Lots of levels to plow through. A big selection of towers and upgrades. And to top it off it's a universal app. Buy this now! It's well worth the money. I've put more time into this addictive game than I have into games 3 to 10 times more expensive.

Top 5 for sure outta all td games out there. Believe me I must have played 45 or so of the others. This is one of the best ALL EXCEPT FOR THE VOLUME... the sound is always FULL BLAST OR NONE AT ALL. cant turn up or down just on or off. pleeeeeeze fix and then this game will be 5 stars and oh yeah why does it feel like the towers do no damage at times? WOW THIS IS HARD!!! looks great and game is AWESOME otherwise.

What prevents this from being 5 stars? -Need to be able to switch music on/off while in game as well as switch from game music to personal library -No free play/endless mode. Would be nice to go back to previously beat planets and replay in an endless mode. -LET ME PAUSE AND BUILD MY TOWERS YOU BLOODY CANUCKS! -A way to unlock and play with all 3 towers pyramids fully upgraded (I dunno, maybe included in an ENDLESS PLAY MODE?) Aside from those, this is quite simply the best td I have ever played, pc or mobile. I have over 20 td games and this one simply stands out as the all around most entertaining TD game. Great story, incredible difficulty, and polish on par with the larger studios. And unlike those larger studios, you can tell when playing this game throughout that the developers and their team really took pride in their work and enjoyed their craft. A few other parting suggestions -Add some DLC content. I'd gladly pay an additional .99 for another set of worlds like the training planet. -Add powerups/special abilities. How come there is no button that allows me to unleash a hailstorm of hockey sticks? Or maybe slow the enemies down by turning the surface into a hockey rink, eh? I know this might offend some TD purists...so why not make it a DLC ability for .99? -The variety of towers is great in this game...but what about those...whatever they are we're fighting? Maybe they have towers too! And they're being assaulted by men in hockey masks! And it's available via...Do you see a recurring theme here? Devs, Please take a shot of maple syrup and get to work creating more content for this masterpiece!

Really well done game. The cartoon characters are well written and well acted. The game plays well and I like the tech upgrade paths. But ... After the 3rd mission the sound effects stopped working. Reinstalled from back up. Didn't fix it. Reinstalled from iTunes. Didn't fix it. A 4-star or better game but it's kind of bland without sounds. Music is good. But sound effects help actual gameplay.

Sound is on or off only. Volume isn't controllable. Story is funny but the games balance is FUBAR. I beat one campaign but only get 4 orbs for Hadron 3 which I have played countless times on normal with no luck. There just is no tactic that stops them especially the balloon guys after the yellow creeps. Upgrades cost way too much $ for the amount given by dead creeps. The towers are quickly overrun in a short amount of levels. The red guy NEVER even comes close to getting below 90% health. If it wasn't for the funny dialog I would give up on the game. Fix the balance! Let us carry over orbs we have unlocked previously! Explain the special towers so we dont throw our $ away and make the yellow guys die faster if you are going to make winning dependent on killing them. Machine gun=worthless wtf is up with that? Need more weapons that can target air units. And add building while paused fockers! "You got it Dad?" Do it...eh!

This is a great addition to the always-growing iPhone TD category. The graphics are good, there are lots of enemies and upgrades, and the game balance seems pretty good so far from the levels I've played. It includes both path and open maps, flying and ground based weapons and enemies, and a huge storyline. To be honest, I don't care that much about the story, I just want to play the maps. Luckily, the developers were smart enough to add a "skip" button so you can fly by all of the talking if you want to. I appreciate all of the effort they put into the story, and I wish more developers would put that much thought into their games, but sometimes you just want to play a quick game on the train - that's what "skip" is for. Anyways, the game is really good for a 1.0 version. The one complaint I have is that it crashes every once in a while randomly. Other than that, this is well on its way to becoming one of the top Tower Defense games on iTunes. Please keep adding more levels, weapons, and enemies!

First few missions are fine. The game becomes extremely frustrating due to it's impossibility after that. I mean, there is no way to win even on easy! Hopefully they will patch it and all will be well!

TIS is a tower defense game with a story. This game is pretty typical tower defense, but the addition of a storyline with funny characters really adds to the charm. The voice acting is surprisingly good for an indie game like this. For $2.99 this game is a must-have if you like tower defense. In addition there are great details like the "help-o-vision" and a tech tree. The game is quite challenging for a tower defense game. This game will occupy the hardcore gamer for hours. However, for those who simply want to see the hilarious storyline, they can adjust the difficulty level to "easy". The game developers are also very helpful and willing to implement fixes and additions to the game. Their official forum is handled by the developers, who reply to posts with strategy tips. For only $2.99 this game is well worth the price. It is compatible with both iPad and iPhone. Great deal.

I'm a fan of tower defense games but I was skeptical of this one until I played the lite version. Its well worth the money. The story is humorous but the game is deeper than it looks. It does get hard but it's more like a puzzle. Once you figure out the right combination of towers required for a particular level it is doable. The levels are not forgiving, it's very hard to recover from bad tower choices so you'll need to retry levels until you figure it out. One thing I'd like to see is an easier way to choose the user profile, switching users door campaign saved progress is 2 levels too deep. The profile button should be on the main menu. Trevor

Awesome game with great graphics, hilarious storyline, and intense maps. It takes me as long to beat some of these individual maps as it takes me to completely beat other games. My only complaint is that I noticed that through the level guys that would give me 8 gold (for lack of a better word) in the beginning, in the end of the level would only give me 1 or 2 near the end, while they had become almost 3x as hard. I don't mind a challenge but I would like to see the kill/reward ratio be a little more fair. Fix that and I'd give this game 5 stars

This is a real fun game with lots of replay. I can't believe people dropped from 5 stars to 1 because they don't like the voice. Then give it a 4. I would have rated it a 4 due to the voicing instead of a 5 . But I'm gonnagive a 5 to help counter the retards that gave it a 1 saying they love the game but something you can skip made them give a 1. All or nothing? The intelligents in this world is getting scary. Get of the meth and maybe you can give a proper rating to how u really feel about a game.

This is a great tower defense game with wonderful presentation and depth, the problem? Massive amounts of horrible amateur voice files making the overall file size of this game needlessly enormous. The voice acting is so bad it forces me to skip past every page of dialogue. Just remove it and the game will instantly be 5 stars. These voice actors are miserable. With all the hard work and effort put into this game, why on earth would you ruin it all with hundreds of nauseating voice files? This is another case of people thinking they're funnier than they actually are. This is your mom and dad acting. I am embarrassed for these people. This is so embarrassing for them. Hurry and take the voices out of your game! Replace them with some music and let us imagine what these well drawn characters sound like in our heads! We can read! Your lead character (a grizzled white haired war veteran type) sounds like my 19 year old cousin putting on a lame voice. It would be one thing if the voice actor had some charm or personality BUT HE DOESN'T!! It's horrible across the board!! Remove it and watch your game rocket up the charts! The file size will drop down to 1/16th of it's current size! You will be heroes! REMOVE THE LAME VOICE FILES!!

I love this game it's hard and fun!! To everyone that only gave 1 star because the voice acting "took me out of it" that is one of the stupidest thing I have heard of!!!! Just skip it!!! It's like the only TD game with a story and your all "I just can't play a TD when the voice acting takes me out of the story"" I mean really??? I say heck of a good job on the game!!! Who cares about bad voice acting!!!! You can skip it so.... So what???? Thanks

Probably the only free app from open feint worth downloading. Outstanding gameplay, great graphics, nice idea. Simply one of the best. 5 stars without doubt. Little suggestion, try taking out all those Canada flags, and no, I don't mean add US flags, I mean NO flags at all.
