You start with one world, and over time you build up your fleet, knowledge and defenses until you are powerful enough to conquer your enemies and foes. Alas not all players are enemies, you may form powerful alliances in the game with real players and people from around the world.

With the help of your allies you are able to create an economic and very powerful infrastructure to help support your fleet and technological advancements.

If your alliances chooses it can declare a war on another and plunder its members for rare resources.

If you prefer to be more peaceful you may also negotiate a trade between other players with the advanced messaging system and live chat.

After a time you will build a fleet of ships so powerful that no enemy can overcome your crushing force.

Universe wars contains an endless amount of paths for you to choose, which will you choose?

This developer seems to have multiple voices in his head. He says one thing one this site then promotes a NEW game on another version of Universe Wars. Many features have not worked from day one and 95% of those remain broken of "bugged". Key elements of attack and defense do not work rendering any competive gaming useless. The lastest update...4.1 just added sound "to make it more realistic" big whoopee if I can't see the entire screen in some key areas!! Plastic surgery does not fix core problems!!! The new admin keeps "updating" the forum when too many negative or bugs are addressed. It's a shame...could be a good game!

Where is my other review Apple!? The developer needs help. Many have offered and some testing was done on this version before release. Unfortunately maintaining and fixing the game is not one of CMC's top priorities. This means fixes and upgrades are too few and far between. It's sad because he has the right idea and was headed in the right direction. I rated 3 stars because of all the douches that give it a 1. I think it should be a two. Get some help before your game is abandoned. It's already close to happening as you can see by the numbers involved now!!

Good game. Really it is. More than 2000 players in constant flux. Lots of haters out there though as there seems to be a competition between U.W. and another game called galactic empires. I've played both, and I'm still playing this one. G.E. is childish and simple, but with good graphics and a lot of the old ragespace players in it. The bonuses of G.E. are flattened though as you begin to realize that it is an exact copy of the ogame, where you can spend money on it to get officers that only stick around for a short time. So it is true that you can buy ships and resources in U.W. BUT it certainly doesn't give you the game. Besides, blowing up a cluster of deathstars that someone payed cash for is a great deal of fun. More mature and difficult. More bang for your time. CMC did a great job. I hope he doesn't get discouraged and stop working on it.

First of all Clayton Clark did not developed this game. He stole it got in trouble, had to shut it down and change all the pictures so he wouldn't get sued. Then the game re-opened and it was ok. And I'm being generous when I say ok. And now you can spend $20 and buy death stars, resources, etc! So every one that's played and worked to EARN certain ships and tons of resources just got screwed. The game is not played with any kind of skill now that you can buy your way to the top. Oh and beware of anyone who is friends with Clayton as they mysteriously are ranked in the top ten and are tens of thousands of points ahead than everyone else who's been playing for the same amount of time. Crooks and cheaters is who made this game. Don't throw you're money down the toilet with this one!!!!!!!!

Is not a action game, this is stradegy n it takes time and dedication. Some people quit after they been raid 1 or 2 times, but in less than a month u could b in the top 500. Raiding is the way to go to move up fast. Is there a pc version? It would b nice to have this while I'm at work with out using my cell
