Файлы для обмена предоставлены пользователями сайта, администрация не несёт ответственности за их содержание. На сервере хранятся только ссылки на файлы. Это значит, что мы не храним ни каких нелегальных материалов, а так же материалов охраняемых авторским правом.
WE do not host those Files, We do not crack software .We not responsible for what you do with the Files or damages that may occur from them. We aren't responsible for content posted in comments nor posts publish by users. The "cracked" Software should only be used for testing Purposes! If you like the Software, support the Developers and buy it! If You don't like it, simply delete it after you try it!!

This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service", contains a list of terms and conditions that a user of the service, the "User", agrees to follow during and after the usage of our service, "apps.su".
If the User does not agree to these conditions, all services provided by apps.su are prohibited from use.
apps.su is not liable for damages if the User fails to agree with these terms and continues use of the website regardless.
Site apps.su offers content that is dynamically provided by the either Site apps.su or the User, which may be accessed by the User as well.
All requests for this content are completed with the understanding that The User will not use the services to infringe on copyrighted works, trademarks, or other Intellectual Property corresponding to the laws of the country in which the User of Site apps.su is originating his/her request;
The User will not abuse flaws in the services that will allow him/her to:
(1) bypass normal operating processes,
(2) make forged or unlawful requests,
(3) participate in a distributed attack which is meant to exhaust resources by sending meaningless or otherwise unnecessary requests for content, or
(4) exploit flaws in the service that allow the User to, knowingly, violate laws or network terms of service and service level agreements; and The User will not make Requests that content is provided by Site apps.su on the basis that the purpose or a purpose of the content is to spread malware or malicious programs, or to distribute images or other media which convey a child in erotic quality, including (but not limited to) child pornography.
Should the end user not follow all of the above guidelines, Site apps.su may choose to either terminate this contract or discontinue responding to a User's requests.
Contract Termination
Should this contract be terminated, it should be understood as if at no time during the usage of our service, Site apps.su , the User agreed fully to this document, and as a result the User is prohibited from further use of Site apps.su .
Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time at the consent of Site apps.su , and shall apply in retrospect. This document is valid this day, the 12th of July 2009.
